I always drive from Vancouver to get their green milk tea with bubble. The milk tea is the best. Bubble Bubble can not compare with their milk tea. Their bubble is Q and sweet, and they make you want more. Their vegan selection is excellent and delicious, good bagels too. Please come to Vancouver!
Clackamas creeps me out, generally, so it's nice to see a friendly, vegetarian place in the middle of it. The service was great, and they have a million vegetarian sandwiches I can't wait to try. I love their sausage egg and cheese on a bagel for breakfast, and the vegetarian chicken salad bagel sandwich for lunch. Awesome. Their bagels are wonderful, and their milk tea is even better. I will probably spend way too much money here.

If you want something to drink other than coffee or soda then try an iced milk tea! My favorite is taro with tapioca. I seriously drink this & only this, like it's going out of style! It's light, sweet (but not overwhelmingly sweet) & very tasty! The black tapioca balls compliment the drink so well that I highly recommend you splurge yourself & add tapioca for an extra .50 cents!
