Great drinks, friendly staff, and amazing pastries! The owner is great, and they are a great gathering place! It's so easy to spend hours in there, and is popular with students and the older population as well!

I am really funny about coffee, so I decided on the chai latte. It was pretty good, but it's out of a carton. Bummer. My friend got a mocha and said the coffee was kinda weak and a bit stale (the shot of espresso blew through with zero creama). She said it wasn't "bad." But it's BY FAR the best in Gold Beach hands-down. We don't even go to any other coffee places in town. No drive-thru, but that's okay.

I honestly can't review this place. When I went, she had given her Barista's the day off and it was closed. There's a bookstore attached, that is why I gave it 3 stars. I will try again later and see if I can do better than 3 stars.

I booked a vacation home for a week in Gold Beach to take my parents on vacation in October. I was extremely worried as my Dad has only ever liked Starbucks - so the thought of a week with no Starbucks had me worried! We found Rachel’s and convinced him to give it a try. He was so impressed, he wanted to go every morning for his cup of coffee. He says it is the best coffee he’s ever had - even better than Starbucks!! He now says he thinks he would like to move to Gold Beach since he found his favorite coffee place and they have a hospital! LOL Thanks for making our beach trip great Rachel’s!!
