Went to pick up pizza girl at front was extremely rude .. asked her to please put our pizza on oven till she would wait on us.. she told us she said wait ..: needless to say we walked out and won’t go back
The pizzas are very tasty. But the staff destroys one’s experience. This is possibly my worst experience ever. It was because of one person. We ordered our pizza and saw many people come, eat and leave. When asked about our pizza, 49 minutes after our order, we were told it was just put in the oven. No apology . The blond, slightly overweight worker, offered no apology . She would not give me her name. She said we are comping your order. No apology. She was rude....read full review
Horrible experience at this restaurant. We have 2 service dogs and the "greeter" was very happy to tell us dogs were not welcome. My response was they are both service dogs, but we'd prefer to sit at a table on your deck. She responded that we could sit on the porch. We discovered no tables on the porch - just a bench. Came back inside and told her we are not sitting on a bench for lunch. She then asked to see the service credentials for my dogs (not allowed) and followed that...read full review
