Super good ice cream in tubs from Umpqua. Was walking back to the room and had to stop for some dessert and am I glad I made that choice because the Vanilla Bean is some of the best I've had. High quality cream here and I love how thick the Vanilla Bean was. This is how real ice cream should be enjoyed. Definitely noting this one because it's going to be enjoyed all seasons of the year whenever I return to visit SMC. The Mountain Blackberry Revel was good too, but not as good as the Vanilla Bean. You can skip the Caramel Macadamia Crunch, the name sounds cool and appealing, but it's not that special. I'm glad she scooped that one first and put it at the bottom so I can enjoy the Vanilla Bean up top before it all melts. Sips -- I'm a fan and I will be back.“
