New American Restaurants near Grants Pass, OR

“My husband and I went to Twisted Cork and had an incredible experience. We had drinks, I had a glass of local red wine, and he had a Manhattan- both were great. We started our meal sharing the steamer clams (I could have eaten the broth like soup) and Rogue Chicken Salad- we opted to have the pomegranate vinaigrette rather than blue cheese dressing- and it was incredible. For our entrees Andrew had the brisket plate and I had the salmon plate. UNREAL. The food was exceptional- every item on our plates from the grilled bok choy and brussel sprouts, whipped sweet potatoes, and my mushroom risotto, to the perfectly cooked brisket and salmon. I can’t rave enough! We wrapped up our night sharing the sticky toffee pudding (mouth watering just thinking about it) This place definitely sets itself apart from the other local restaurants as far as food and atmosphere goes ! 10/10“

“I’m on the fence with this restaurant. I like the staff and ambiance but the food isn’t as good as I’d expect. Tonight I had the halibut dinner but my favorite thing was the coconut rice; not the halibut. The halibut had berries on top but there was no sauce or yummy dressing to bring the asparagus and everything together. The fish was dry and tough. I just wasn’t feeling it; especially for the price. I might give it one more chance but unfortunately there are a few other restaurants in town that are doing a better job. I bummed because I was hoping it would be my next favorite place to dine at.“

“We love The Vine. We celebrated 3 birthdays and had 16 people. The food was awesome and the service by Sue was absolutely wonderful. She was so attentive and I can’t recommend a better waitress. What a special place. Definitely recommend if you want good food and good people.“

“I waited 3 years to return here for the Cuban Sandwich & it did not disappoint! It is the standard against which I judge all other Cuban sandwiches & I have not found one better anywhere in all my travels around the US! And your fries are to die for! Loved the Old Rasputin Stout as well. Great to be able to rely on everything being just as good 3 years later!!“

“Been wanting to try them out for a while now and finally went down there and ordered a burger and got a mixed drink. The lettuce was absolutely amazing. Best lettuce I think I've ever had and will ever have. 10/10. Nice and crispy. Very green. Very leafy. Will definitely be going back solely for the lettuce.“
