Waited an hour for our order and we’re told to come back 3 times, they were never ready. Spoke to Rebecca who was rude and Matthew (the manager) who didn’t care. He blamed Gill, their GM for telling them to put a graduation order ahead of everyone else’s order. He wasn’t apologetic that we had to come back so many times and kept repeating that I could call Gill on Monday. I told him to cancel our order and he said he was happy to cancel it. We called and ordered pizzas for a family meal before noon on a Friday. When we showed up to pick them up, we were told they were at least an hour behind. No phone call, mo warning. Apparently the high school ordered 85 pizzas. So we don’t get our food despite ordering it well In advance?? This seems like poor customer service, we are regulars but won’t be anymore. Going to a different pizza place from now on.
