My husband and I door dash most weekends when we have time and today we stopped to buy a coffee we waited at the front 5 mins and no one said anything to us..so we left with no coffee! Guess we will go somewhere else!

2 of the women who worked closing shift on 07/05/2025 were so rude and unprofessional just cuz they have to do their job and they don't know how to blend a frappuccino they leave so much ice at the bottom it's damn near half of the drink but she may have just been purposely making my drink like that out of spite she was mad that I ordered a frappe 5 minutes before they were supposed to close? I wish i would have remenvered to get her name or take a picture or something. literally treat you like you're a problem for making them make your drink all I did was tell her my order and she rolled her eyes at me talked to me like she was stressed out like I was doing something wrong to her

Been supporting black rock for over 10 years and came to this location by my house. There was a new flavor out so I inquired about how it tasted with the girl taking my order inside and she quickly snapped and said she’s new and hasn’t tried anything (which I replied and said that’s totally fine thank you) order and she got my order wrong on the screen so I politely told her the correction and she sighed and then corrected it. After then taking my friend’s drink order (on the same order transaction) she quickly became short and rude. Super disappointing coming from a black rock coffee bar employee especially someone who’s new!!

I went through the drive thru today and was instantly met with attitude and impatience from Brianna. I was told she is new to this store, but that does not excuse how I was treated. I attempted to ask her a simple question about the Father’s Day special on the app that said “free 16 oz drink with any purchase” I wanted to clarify before ordering that “any purchase” meant that I could buy a pastry and receive a free 16 oz drink. Before I could even get my question out she spoke over me and said “it’s only a free small drink” I tried to clarify and say I was asking if it was possible to buy a pasty as my “any purchase” and I couldn’t even get those words out before she rudely interrupted me and repeated about 6 times that it was “only a free small drink and the pastry was regular price” she was not listening to anything I was saying and was laughing on the other side of the microphone after I went silent because she was so disrespectful. I will be coming by in person to speak with the manager about this interaction soon and speak with this girl who is clearly unwell… Hopefully this location can get it together she seems mentally unstable and unfit to work a customer service job with that attitude and demeanor I’m not sure how she secured this job.

It’s unfortunate that none of the workers have name tags so I can’t point out anyone directly but this lady messed up two orders the order in front of us and ours and had to wait for both our order redo and the car in front- the workers were just not paying attention or being very slow not friendly and careless, my drink taste good though, so I’ll give yall that - UPDATE the burrito I ordered is literally still frozen and this is the second time this has occurred. I understand mistakes happen but damn

I always go through the drive-through and the baristas and those at the counter are always very friendly. My drinks are always made exactly right, and the service is great!

The espresso was absolutely amazing. The Barista knew exactly when to pull the shots so that they were not bitter I was able to get three of them to go I didn't even need sugar with these the taste of the pure coffee was wonderful

So riddle me this if I order a chocolate chip chiller and you give me a straw that the chocolate chips don't come up, and clog the straw what good is it get bigger straws please

I was a regular at Black Rock Coffee, but recently, I’ve had to switch back to Starbucks. The quality of drinks at the Gresham locationhas significantly declined over the past three months. I’ve witnessed baristas using water as space fillers in drinks. If your drinks seem watered down, that’s because they probably are. This makes me feel like Black Rock is being shady—if I wanted watered-down drinks, I’d make them at home.
Customer service has also taken a serious dive. This morning, around 6 AM, I pulled up to the speaker and wasn’t greeted. I had to drive around the building three times and watch other cars pull up to the window before I realized they were actually open during business hours. When I finally got my drink, it wasn’t even made the way I ordered it, despite paying extra.
It’s frustrating that I can’t discuss this experience with anyone unless I return to the store. Not everyone has the time or ability to go back just to have a drink fixed or Discuss the situation at handand honestly, it’s not great for business to force customers to do that. I’ve also noticed that my drinks from the old rewards system are missing, with no explanation—possibly expired without any notice.
My trust in Black Rock has eroded, and it feels like the fox is guarding the henhouse at this point. After just reading some of the reviews, it seems kind of pointless to even put this review, they’re just sending out cute little automated responses not fixing their problems. I wanna be acknowledged as a person with actual people response. RIP BLACK ROCK!
