I was a regular at Black Rock Coffee, but recently, I’ve had to switch back to Starbucks. The quality of drinks at the Gresham locationhas significantly declined over the past three months. I’ve witnessed baristas using water as space fillers in drinks. If your drinks seem watered down, that’s because they probably are. This makes me feel like Black Rock is being shady—if I wanted watered-down drinks, I’d make them at home. Customer service has also taken a serious dive. This morning, around 6 AM, I pulled up to the speaker and wasn’t greeted. I had to drive around the building three times and watch other cars pull up to the window before I realized they were actually open during business hours. When I finally got my drink, it wasn’t even made the way I ordered it, despite paying extra. It’s frustrating that I can’t discuss this experience with anyone unless I return to the store. Not everyone has the time or ability to go back just to have a drink fixed or Discuss the situation at handand honestly, it’s not great for business to force customers to do that. I’ve also noticed that my drinks from the old rewards system are missing, with no explanation—possibly expired without any notice. My trust in Black Rock has eroded, and it feels like the fox is guarding the henhouse at this point. After just reading some of the reviews, it seems kind of pointless to even put this review, they’re just sending out cute little automated responses not fixing their problems. I wanna be acknowledged as a person with actual people response. RIP BLACK ROCK!

Extremely rude employees. I’m not from this area and when I asked what sugar free flavors they have she rudely said “it’s on the board” which the flavor I wanted wasn’t on the board and I was the passenger so I couldn’t see the board well anyways. From other reviews It would seem your employees need a coarse on customer service skills.

Update: decided to try a pickup again to see if the last couple of times were accurate. Nope. Still don't acknowledge people and rude.
I don't recommend picking up from here if you are a delivery driver. They will make you stand there while they help their friends who walk in. Plus they seem to mess up orders a lot. Order from the other store. The two guys I've seen work there are very cool. The girls for the most part just ignore people - well unless they know them.
Parking: IT IS SHARED WITH OTHER STORES" IT HAS ACCESS WITH STAIRS IN THE BACK AND FLOOR IN THE FRONT!

I’ve been going here for many years now and this location is my favorite. They’re good at making their drinks and the food they have is delicious. My favorite is an iced Irish coffee or blackout. Their fuels are really good as well, my go to is a iced pomegranate grapefruit fuel. If you ever have a specific drink you want to make, they will make it no problem. The workers are always nice and easy to talk to. There’s only been one time when I’ve gotten attitude from one of the workers. They made my drink wrong and I asked them to remake it. Maybe they were just having a bad day, you never know. Other than that, this is a great location and I love going there.
