“After a wild online ordering experience, James and his team definitely came through. I was not too nice on the phone with my frustration and James kept an impressive level of cool throughout the whole ordeal, especially considering none of the problems were on his end or in his control. Not a lot of folks are as professional as James and I'm grateful for his patience with me. He genuinely wanted to resolve the situation. “Hello, ladies and gentlemen, mister morrow is here again. So came here to the nearest little caesars by my house and long story short, I thought I was going to get into it with the cashier do 2 him having to refund my money back because I was short by $4 and part of me was very upset because I was asking questions and uh he just went ahead and refunded me my money, which I wasn't able to order anything cause it's on my debit card. But I stopped myself. And just let the cashier know like, Hey man, my bad it was a miscommunication. I apologize. It's all right period
The guy went above and beyond
And told me, don't worry about it, it's on me.
All I gotta say is I very much appreciated.
Because even with life, as of right now It's been very difficult. I finally just started working. I finally got my wife and I and our puppy a place to live.
Homeless homelessness is a real big issue here in Portland Gresham. Area and yeah, just the kindness that the kid did.
It says wonders and I appreciate so much. Is that my family can eat dinner's name, so thank you again.
I most definitely will come and eat here again. And most definitely will give the kid a tip once I get my check.
