What has happened to this McDonald’s? I’ve been living in the area for 20 plus years and it’s been pretty consistent with service and food up until the last year or so. The drive through lane is horribly long and moves like molasses due to slow moving employees. Maybe it’s a staffing problem but there always seems to be a full kitchen staffed. The lot becomes a total nightmare due to cars blocking both entrances off burnside and the rear access point. Food is consistently wrong and returning only slows you down even further. If you can avoid it, go to the Troutdale location. This one is awful and you’ll be in for a tediously long wait. For fast food it’s embarrassing.

I just want to say the McDonald’s on burnside in Gresham is great!!!! Take my grandkids to play palace. It’s clean, I want to give the day manager with red hair a 10. She is great. My granddaughter spilled her ice cream and this manager was on it. Gave new ice cream and made sure my granddaughter was ok. Make sure she gets kuddos. Gresham on burnside Friday the 5 th of December manager 💯

Oh my god. truly the WORST mcdonald’s or fast food place i have EVER gone. ever. i arrive around 3am and place an order for double cheeseburger and hot and spicy mcchicken as well as tell them i have a doordash. i get up to the window, the person in front of me that was parked has already been there for 10 minutes and is now out of their vehicle right IN FRONT of my car screaming at your employees. Meanwhile the mexican girl and black boy that were working were doing nothing but laughing, talking and feeling each other up. mind you i did not see either of them wash their hands before handling anything behind the counter. as well as having drinks out and drinking from them. i’m truly appalled as someone who worked in fast food i am well aware that these are not okay. when i finally got my food it was wrong, so i had to come back. where i was then sitting at the window for a solid 5 minutes before she came up to me with a “uhhh idk” look on her face before i reminded her of my messed up order. not even 30 minutes later i had to go back to this mcdonald’s for another order. it was 3:20am and dinner ends at 3:30. but they told me they weren’t gonna make my order because breakfast started and then proceeded to ignore me when i mentioned it had 10 minutes til being over.

Took my grandson just for a little together time... no ice cream. None. No shakes, no sundaes, nothing. It's very disappointing. Especially since it's ALWAYS available thru their app or door dash. So, we had the standard cheeseburger and fries, both were ok. And went to coldstone creamery for ice cream.(YUM!) The customer service while at McDonald's, was outstanding, by the way. All employees we encountered were fabulous.

Ordered a small hot caramel macchiato and got charged for a medium caramel macchiato and received a small regular coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar.

10 workers behind counter, not one of them acknowledged me when arriving for pickup. When I tried to get someone's attention, they ignored me. Food cold by the time I got it.
Bad place. Workers are a bit incompetent. Oatmeal mixed milk and water after i asked them not to. They said they cant re do it without the water it. Then no syrup for my pancakes. No eggs in the steak and egg mcmuffins. I will not be visiting this location again.

Consistent terrible service, zero discipline, missing items in delivery orders and poor sanitation. They do not prioritize mobile orders so be ready to wait until they get around to it.
Not cyclist friendly. A worker handed an ice bag to a drunk friend while I was behind her car on my bike in the drive thru but refused to hand me my order because I picked up on a bike.
