I used the online order to get two sausage McMuffins and a large mocha frappe. They said they were cleaning their machine. Understandable. They said seek your refund on the app. Well I couldn't even cancel the order let alone request anything. I come back two hours later still not having my refund and I approach the manager explaining the earlier events. She says go to the app. Wrong line. I said no, I already paid your machine is working now may I just have the drink I bought. She would not entertain any solution other than me paying for another drink. Lupe was very very rude. Short and exercise to authority to appease her own grievances. It's a mc Donald's. Ask for my receipt and give me my drink. Ill be reaching out to your district manager.

The food was standard, which is good. All of my reviews for McDonald’s have to do with the play place! And it does have one. And it honestly looks cool. And it is designed for kids 4+ or something. But my daughter who is 2.5 LOVES play places, and it’s a huge bummer when she can’t get up by herself. So just be aware it’s one of those where the steps are super far apart. The toddler area is pretty good so my infant loved crawling around. But more for younger toddlers.

I work at Honest 1 - Autocare next door, I eat McDonald's for lunch.????5x's a week because it's close, and cheap. But, I don't care about price or distance anymore, because I have realized, some of the most beautiful women I have ever seen........work at this store! Since this realization, I will ALWAYS eat here for lunch, and sometimes breakfast too! Because not only are they beautiful, they treat me very nicely! Love it there!
Kid-friendliness: There is a large playroom with structure for children to play on, always hear lil ones laughing and playing at this location, pretty cool

Staff is friendly and smiling, engaging with customers in the lobby during frequent cleaning trips. Staff was constantly cleaning while I had breakfast. Food came quick and correct. Sandwiches made correctly and “centered” not sloppy. This is an example of a real five star fast food joint.
