From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. Was having a less than stellar morning and dropped my coffee cake on the floor. Threw it away and returned to my seat fo finish my coffee. Lady behind the counter walked up with a new coffee cake without me asking. That made my day!

I walked in and waited 5 minutes in line without anyone acknowledging that they even saw me even though I noticed that they looked my way twice. I understand the staff was probably understaffed but taking 5 Seconds out of their time to acknowledge that I'm waiting in line and State that they will get to me as soon as possible should have been done which it was not. I ended up leaving because I felt unacknowledged and did not have the time to wait just to have my order taken...
