This review is not directed for this location, it is for Subway in general. Subway keep taking away items such as cheddar cheese, black olives and adding stupid crap like foot long nachos. Or foot long bread sticks with cheese. Stop taking things away and stop putting stupid crap in. For the prices they charge now it is ridiculous.

Walked in to get a chicken bacon ranch sandwich which I've always gotten, but the stupid elite menu now has it come with rotisserie chicken, which I can't stand so I get the grilled. Apparently now I have to get charged extra to put bacon on my sandwich because I'm using different chicken?? I've never had to be charged extra for bacon because I wanted the same chicken the sandwich always came with before some nitwit decided to change what was already perfectly fine. I wanted the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Not the grilled chicken. I should be able to pick which kind of chicken I want because I'm the one eating and paying for it. As someone who has worked in the service industry for a long time, you do what you can within reason to keep people coming back. Not get them to leave angry and post a negative review.

Good service very polite. Could use a tidy in the seating area. Sandwiches were exactly what we ordered through the app. Didn't have to wait long,.maybe 10 mins. Will be back.

Came in here to order some lunch, stood there for three minutes before being acknowledged as the staff was too busy being huddled in a circle in the drive through area talking shit about customers and their orders. Despite Jimmy John’s being way more expensive as they often don’t have coupons, their service is a million times better as well as the freshness of their food! Will not be back to this location!

I noticed a sign at this location that the drive-thru was open.
I've never order a subway sandwich through the drive-thru before, so I ordered one of their signature sandwiches.... and it was the worst sandwich, ever!
I literally could not eat it. It was that bad.
So, this morning I went back and spoke to the manager, she was very courteous and refunded my money.
I don't believe Subway should promote their drive-thru.

Stood here for 1 hour waiting for them to start my mobile order I placed 30 minutes before arriving. They continued making walk-in orders without starting our mobile order, even after multiple times asking. I asked the employee again if he started my order he asked what’s your name I told him it had been sitting on the counter for ten minutes they didn’t even tell me that it was sitting there then I ask who the manager is the gentleman said I am I said your name is he said with a smart response it’s on my hat I said and what does it say he said JJ I said good to no he asked why

I had a big coupon so thought I'd try Subway again after a couple of year hiatus. I'm pleased with the quality of food. The price is still an issue. For example, the $5.00 footlong is now $15+. Bottom line, it might be worth a try again if it's been a while. I got the Sweet Onion Teriyaki on the new Ghost Pepper bread, and while it wasn't the hottest thing I've ever had, it was pleasantly warm.
