“We went today (Sunday) and they were crazy busy. The line was out the door. We found the only empty table available, out front. It took us 30 minutes just to place our order. We bought 3 boxes of pastries to go, then a breakfast sandwich, breakfast platter, a coffee and two chai teas. We arrived at 11:15 and didn’t receive our food until 1pm. They did warn us that it would be a long wait for our food, and they were all hustling. Now let me tell you, the food was AMAZING! The first bite of my raspberry pastry, and I didn’t care how long I had to wait for the rest of my food. The ginger chai was unique and delicious. When I decided to add a salad to my order, because breakfast was long gone, we were still waiting and now it was lunch time… the chef came out and apologized and wouldn’t let me pay for it. Get the house salad! Just do it! The pickled shallots, the sun dried tomatoes, oh my goodness. It was an explosion of flavor and like no salad I’ve ever had before. SO GOOD. The grilled cheese and egg breakfast sandwich. Pure comfort food! It’s oozing cheese and well trust me, just order it. My husband enjoyed his breakfast platter and the potatoes…..DELICIOUS ! The strawberry lemonade is probably the best I’ve ever tasted. Light and refreshing with a bit of carbonation. My only suggestion would be to not be training a new cashier on such a busy day. But, everyone was very helpful and friendly and did I mention that the food is PHENOMENAL!“

“Wow from the fresh made gravy’s to the fresh Italian dressings to the crispy lettuce to the whipped mashed potatoes. The pork chops weren’t burnt nor oily. I still like the fire pork chops though they had a unique taste. Would definitely recommend to anyone willing to stop ! Waitresses were courteous. Allowed me to come in just before closing the door for the night and have a daily meal. Both ladies were warm welcoming and pleasant. Thank you so much. Best not homemade meal in 6+ months being on the road“

“The best butter chicken (Indian food) I have ever had. Creamy deliciousness, slightly sweet with Indian spice, melt in your mouth amazing… and the chicken was seared and cooked perfectly then added to that delicious gravy. The naan was homemade and delicious as well. The side of rice was cooked perfectly. Hubby had a giant delicious pork chop with “the best mashed potatoes he has ever had”. The prices were good for an amazing upscale dinner in a comfortable welcoming restaurant with friendly staff. The food was so good that folks in the restaurant were chatting with each other about it. I wish they were open for breakfast! Great work, Sunridge Bar and Grill at Best Western in Baker City, Oregon!“

“The employees that work there are awesome! They have a great crew and lines dont last long. They listen to you when you place your drink order and exceed my expectations everytime I go through their drive thru. Tiffany always has a smile on her face and is very customer service orientated.“
