Stop reading this, go to Birrieria Carlos, order and then while waiting you can read this review. I ordered 5 Quesabirillia tacos and a large horchata. It was made fast, was piping hot, and packaged well. Took a 20 minute drive home and then waited a good 15 minutes before actually sitting down to eat because I'm really that dumb. And then, I open the package to find I'm missing the consume. No big deal, while it is unfortunately the most flavorful part, mistakes happen, I'm not going to let it ruin my meal. And despite MISSING *THE MOST* FLAVORFUL PART of the tacos, these Quesabirillia tacos are in the top 2 I've ever had. I bought 5 to have 2-3 tonight and the rest as left overs but the raw dogged tacos were so good I ate all 5. Oh, and the horchata is fantastic. Also, if you want to dine in they have a small covered seating area you can use.

Been coming here for 2 years and every single time the food is bomb!!! Seriously the best birria I’ve had in Portland. The staff is always so nice and efficient. Food is always done within 15 mins. Seriously couldn’t recommend this place enough.
10/10, coworker took me here a few weeks ago and had to come back with my dad lol. super good. i think about the food here on a daily basis. my eyes have been opened

The workers were nice and I like the location and look. However the food was beyond mid; the consome was super watery, the burrito tasted like white ppl cooked the beans rice and tortilla. The quesadilla was actually pretty good bc it was a ton of meat and the meat wasn’t bad.

Horrible. No flavor. Overpriced, spent $40 on a quesadilla, and burrito, one taco and a mulita. Everything soggy! No confune comes with the food. I do not recommend or will never come back.
