My son and I stopped at MOD after a long road trip. I appreciate how they have cauliflower crust and gluten friendly crust and both are yummy. They do cost about three dollars more but that’s normal. The pizzas were delicious. My only complaint was lots of black on the bottom of them from the pizza oven which kind of changed the taste a little but I think that’s normal for using a wood fired pizza oven. Workers there are sick, keep coughing. I recommend if sick wear masks. And be more hygienic. Wearing gloves touch theirs shirts or other things then they go to get dough to make pizza It will contaminate foods . I understand we all need jobs, but please be more hygienic. Place seems more messy. Dusty areas, food on floors. and the ingredients in different buckets than their own. Also very slow service.

This is the second time trying this location. Both times it was understaffed and extremely slow service. There was no line but it took 18 mins to assemble our pizzas because there were only 2 staff members. They were running out of most ingredients and it was messy.
