About Premier Hibachi

Premier Hibachi is a food cart at The Heist on Woodstock. The food is always very good, fresh, and the sauces and seasoning delicious. The hibachi salmon is cooked well, and the steak is also good. They can cook as requested. However, the people running it have zero customer service, with no hello or thank yous. The paper box always leaks the sauces heavily, so double box is needed. They have a lot of appetizers but cannot serve them. The tofu hibachi with veggies is a favorite. The owner is always kind too.
