New Golden Chopstix is a hidden gem worth visiting. While some dishes like the pineapple chicken and Almond chicken fell short, the overall experience was positive. The staff was sweet, the bartender was amazing, and the food was delicious. The restaurant could use an update, but it's clean and cozy. The homemade sauces were a highlight, and despite a slower service, the friendliness made up for it. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit, even if you have to drive from Eugene or Portland.
