I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone is facing staffing challenges.
However, at least 5 people on shift at 7 pm on a Monday night and mt shoes are sticking to the floor in the lobby. No medium lids in the lobby. Husbands chicken tenders had been sitting long past their throw away time and my beef and cheddar had so much sauce that it made the wrapper rip and leaked all over my jacket.

went for a bacon brisket sandwich. no bacon. like WTF? u didn't discount me either. Arbys doesn't have the meats!
judging from the reviews. which I should have read... the time to eat here was 2016 and before. The food tastes like it...
consistently slow. didn't put Arby's sauce in the bag. way too expensive.
