I got the Sampler Vegan and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was exquisite. It came with beans, rice, sweet plantains, yuca, and tostones. The flavors are bomb. Do yourself a favor and get this dish.

Just one word, SPECTACULAR! I'm from Puerto Rico and I wanted food that looked like home, and I found it. Fernando was very friendly and warm, excellent service. I ordered ropa Vieja with white rice and salad and the fried yucca, everything was delicious. Highly recommended, they don't fail.

Never did I think I would find AUTHENIC Cuban food in Hillsboro, boy was I wrong!! The flavors from Cuba are felt thru the whole dish. The owner was super friendly and very attentive. If you’re ever in the area make sure this is on your must stop list for Cuban food.
Went with the sampler plate to try a bit of everything. Absolutely the right decision, all the meat was super flavorful and authentic, plantains and yuca are so good when you find someone who can do them right. Pulled pork was my favorite on the plate. A must stop for great Cuban food.

I visit the Hillsboro Station 1-2 per week and hands down, at least one of those visits, I have to stop by Azucar! I'm from Miami, FL and Azucar hits the nail on the head when it comes to their FIRE cuban food. It brings me back home every single time. I absolutely love this place and I have literally tried every single item on their menu (or so i think), from their sandwishs to their rice dishes, EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!!! Please give them a try!!
