I love that we have our own food cart complex in Hillsboro! The best part: they have indoor dining area. The options are pretty good, there are your typical offerings that you would find in Beaverton's BG Cartel and Happy Valley Station: greek, mexican, indian, thai, poke, bobablastic, korean, etc.
I've really enjoyed coming to this group of food carts. I've been here 6 or 7 times now. It's not too far away from work, so it's easy to stop off and peruse the selections for dinner. A lot of the portions are enough for two people or two meals, so keep that in mind if you think the prices are high. Super awesome place with lots of cozy indoor and outdoor seating with a wonderful diversity of food carts. The bar inside has a great tap list, and the bathrooms are always clean. I do wish there were a few more napkin dispensers inside though. Definitely look forward to coming back!
