The barbeque spot was on point, I highly recommend it. The meat slid off the bone, what else is there to say!

Super awesome place with lots of cozy indoor and outdoor seating with a wonderful diversity of food carts. The bar inside has a great tap list, and the bathrooms are always clean. I do wish there were a few more napkin dispensers inside though. Definitely look forward to coming back!

I love that we have our own food cart complex in Hillsboro! The best part: they have indoor dining area. The options are pretty good, there are your typical offerings that you would find in Beaverton's BG Cartel and Happy Valley Station: greek, mexican, indian, thai, poke, bobablastic, korean, etc.

I've really enjoyed coming to this group of food carts. I've been here 6 or 7 times now. It's not too far away from work, so it's easy to stop off and peruse the selections for dinner. A lot of the portions are enough for two people or two meals, so keep that in mind if you think the prices are high. Personaly I think the pricing is fine - especially when you consider the prices of "fast food" these days - and the lower quality of those fast food places. So far, every vendor that I have chatted with or ordered from has always been smiling and polite. It's really hard not to love Chins BBQ and their crowded potato! But Indian is always a good choice too, and so are those darn parmesian fries that you get with your Russian Reuben! I've been inside and it's huge, but we have mostly either sat outside or taken the meals home. There are just soo many great things about this place, that you really need to give it a chance. Tonight, it's just hovering above 40 degrees in February, and over half the trucks were open... Chins had some good 80's dance music playing - the smell of curry wafting in the air - and 5 minutes later, the beeper is going off and my food is ready to go!! Can't wait to come back !! Oh, and if you are sitting there eating, and you get to meet Judith, you will get to understand why this isn't just another food court.

The seating areas are nice, the bathrooms are super clean, they have a lot of different food trucks to choose from! But the downside is I got food poisoning from eating from the Thai truck :(

They had live music the day that I was there!

Love the tap house. Good food carts but restaurant prices for food cart food is a bit much. Thanks for the reply Judith, but the cost of running a food cart is not even close to running a restaurant, and they still want a 20% tip for handing you a bag.

Very nice and comfy indoor place even in the rainy winter. The environment is very clean and nice, and the food trucks provide a lot of food choices. Highly recommended to visit and even just enjoy a quick beer or coffee. I tried the Indian food and it tasted really nice and warm.

Nice new facility. Indoor and outdoor tables. A good variety of food carts to choose from. There is an unmarked gravel parking lot next to it. Use Chance Lane to get to parking lot. There is limited free street parking. There is a free city parking garage about 3/10 of a mile away. At noon on a Friday, the gravel lot and street parking were full. Still plenty of tables available and no lines at vendors. Two carts were closed. Garbage cans were full. Some vendors use compostable containers, but others use plastic or styrofoam. Food at the gyro cart was good. Portion size was excessive. Would have preferred less food and lower price. We have tried several items at the Korean fusion cart and they were good.

My new go to spot. What an amazing addition to downtown Hillsboro. I have brought friends here, and have even gone solo. The beer list is extensive and there are so many carts! Love having the option to go here now instead of a restaurant for something low key casual.

This is such an awesome food cart station. The huge covered seating area makes it a big improvement over BG's and other cart pods. The owner is friendly and welcoming and loves chatting with guests. Her vision is to have this be a great neighborhood spot that's warm and welcoming with tons of space to gather and eat some really great food. I love the selection of food carts. The Brazilian coffee inside is lovely, Pinch of Spice has awesome Indian curry, and Cajun Country Delights has the best brisket I've had in Oregon (I am from TX). I've come here several times with my husband and with work groups. It's a great place for a work outing because people can come and go and eat whatever fits their mood and dietary needs, and it's a good space to bring kids too.

I'm a huge fan of food cart pods whether dining alone or with friends. with so many options, everyone can have the food they are craving. And while there are many food cart pods in Portland where I live, the newer pods being build outside of the city have huge, covered, permanent structures that provide warm / cool spaces with lots of comfy seating for you to sit and enjoy your meal. It's a game changer. This food cart pod has an incredibly diverse variety of food options spanning many ethnic cuisines - Mexican, Thai, hot chicken, sushi, Cuban, Chinese, Indian, Chilean, German, poke, Greek gyros, Korean, Italian, American plus ice cream and crepes. even a "tap house" for adult beverages. It's clean, well lit, clean bathrooms, and a friendly staff. Since I live downtown, I wouldn't drive out this way just for the food carts, but if I'm in the area, I definitely stop in. I don't do fast food like Mickey Ds, but I love fast quality ethnic food like you get at these carts. Have tried and loved the Indian (chicken korma, saag paneer, Thai (pad Kee Mao) and the street tacos. will be back to try more!

Came back! I took my parents and there were lots of carts opened at around 11:30am. Sadly, the Korean cart doesn't open on Sundays so I didn't get my fried chicken crave. But that's okay, that means we tried other things! I will comment the specific foods at their specific yelp webpages. The environment was nice, clean, and there's a filled water container for us to drink. It was a little cold so not a lot of people were eating at that time. You bus your own spot but there's always someone checking the trash making sure it's not too full and it was nice and warm in that building.
