If you order a burrito expecting it too be ice cold than this is the place for you!
The slices of meat are the only thing that are warm and if that they're luke warm. It's almost like being at subway ordering a cold untoasted sandwhich!
Quality went down hill shortly after opening to the point where it isn't even worth going too anymore, Save your money and save your time this place is not worth a single dime.

Cesar was rude! Felt like they were annoyed to serve us like we did them dirty. We came in ordering in a good mood and Cesar wasn’t having it. The rudeness showed in the small portion serving sizes- like getting punished and skimmed for buying food! Also their snappy retort with asking about sides. We even said “thank you - have a good night” when they gave us our order and we got the cold shoulder and they carried on with their attitude.

Make sure to check your bag if you order online because 95% of the time they give you the wrong thing or forget somthing or they dont give you lettuce. It's the reason why I stopped going here. And its sad becuse it used to be my fav place to eat

The employee Jasmine working on 12/6/2025 at 9:09 p.m. was being very disrespectful and racist towards my girlfriend who is Puerto Rican. Made threats and also up charged her for items that she did not order and told her that she doesn't like her kind and threatened to call ice

• Our meal was delicious. 😋
• They scoop the food from an assembly line, so there really isn't any capacity to give superb service. Even so, they did their jobs.
• The decor is sound reflective surface and metal, so it's not possible to have a cozy atmosphere. Despite that, it was clean and well presented.

They gave me half of scoop and skimpped on my steak instead of the full serving so I asked for extra. They charged me more just so I get the proper amount. Charged me for a large drink when I got a medium and charged me for chili sauce I didn't even ask for. $25 buck for a basic cold burrito and medium drink. And then got my last review flagged. Gave it chance, never coming back. Gonna go for local burrito instead.

They started the past couple of years started giving half and 3/4 spoon servings. You with would think with the rice and beans that they would give you larger scoops to fill your bowl but I usually have to ask for more. They usually have good service and most the people are nice.

By far the worst Chipotle I have visited. The service is bad and if you even mention that they add more meat (because they skimp every time) the employees threaten to charge you for extra. Extra?! You didn't even give me a whole serving in the first place! Chipotle has already been sued for lack of portions and promised to change this. Maybe the owner/manager of this location needs to heed the direction from corporate! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never go to this location again. If I'm spending $60 damn dollars for meals for my family, I better get good portions!!!!! Period!!!

If you work for a delivery platform think twice before accepting any orders from this specific location. Friday night 830 pm 12 people waiting in line and they are already closing take out stations and main prep station being closed. They are busy making sure music is going nevermind the wait. Is there a manager or pic at this place? Yeah looks like he's busy hanging out having fun in the back.
