Chipotle Mexican Grill

The worst chipotle I have been to. The rice didn’t have any lime at all. The food tasted horrible. I have been 2x in the last few months and it just keeps getting worse.

The service was a bit in a rush. Even no one was behind me in line. A little more friendly would be great.

If you work for a delivery platform think twice before accepting any orders from this specific location. Friday night 830 pm 12 people waiting in line and they are already closing take out stations and main prep station being closed. They are busy making sure music is going nevermind the wait. Is there a manager or pic at this place? Yeah looks like he's busy hanging out having fun in the back.

This has been the worst experience at any Chipotle. I placed order using the app, I get home and find that they only puts couple of pieces of meat in both bowls and burrito. All three entrees were primarily rice! And the burrito was 2/3 the normal size. You guys need to do better!

Jesus would disgrace this place, I have never had such terrible service. Terrible terrible workers! One woman should be fired giving my son- who’s allergic to tomatoes- a ton of pico de gallo when asked for none. Never ever will I come here again. I shall pray for your jobs and maybe some competence 🙏

I have never met such rude staff in my life. Looked like they hated what they do and they acted like it too. I felt extremely disrespected and my mom did as well. I don’t understand why either, we both came in with a smile and I felt were extremely polite to the employees but met with rude comments and irritated looks like we were inconveniencing them just being there.

I like to get the burrito bowl because it is a good amount of food. The free guacamole with the app deal doesn't hurt either. The guacamole is well seasoned and creamy. I don't think that I would pay $2.85 for it though.

taking my order were rude. They didn’t even fill up the proportions, basically gave me less food. no energy at all from employees. disappointing :/

This location is absolutely ridiculous. I've been here at least 10 times to get my kid food. The amount they give you here is seriously a rip off. I understand portion control.. but if half of the bowl is still empty every time I come here, you have a problem with how your training your employees. You raise the prices but you give less and less. This is why people are sick of this company, for $10 you should at least not have to go and get food somewhere else afterwards, because it was just so little. What are we doing here guys? And it's only this location in hillsboro that does this. The other 2, give you what you pay for. Seriously, I wish I would have just walked out this last time when I saw the amount given. You need to do better!

I’m not sure what’s up with this location, but, it’s never been run very well, the employees are always doing something, but, taking customers orders who are waiting never seems to be a priority. Ironically, I’ve ordered online and still had to wait for them to make it.

Definitely not the best first experience. Staff was very pushy and I felt pressured. I didn't even have a clue what I wanted. The didn't ask if I was going to order just moved right to the person behind me. The portions aren't worth the price.

Great food, would be even better if self-serve. This is probably one the healthiest fast foods I've ever seen (good combo of meat, beans and veggies, and gets to choose what you want). But sometimes had larger waiting times

No longer a good value. I get the usual of chicken tacos after going to the gym. The last couple of times I have been, they have out barely any chicken on. I ask for a bit more and they say “you’ll be charged for double, is that ok?”. Long story short, the food is good but the value is no longer there. 4oz of chicken isn’t much for $10.
