This location is absolutely ridiculous. I've been here at least 10 times to get my kid food. The amount they give you here is seriously a rip off. I understand portion control.. but if half of the bowl is still empty every time I come here, you have a problem with how your training your employees. You raise the prices but you give less and less. This is why people are sick of this company, for $10 you should at least not have to go and get food somewhere else afterwards, because it was just so little. What are we doing here guys? And it's only this location in hillsboro that does this. The other 2, give you what you pay for. Seriously, I wish I would have just walked out this last time when I saw the amount given. You need to do better!

I’m not sure what’s up with this location, but, it’s never been run very well, the employees are always doing something, but, taking customers orders who are waiting never seems to be a priority. Ironically, I’ve ordered online and still had to wait for them to make it.

Definitely not the best first experience. Staff was very pushy and I felt pressured. I didn't even have a clue what I wanted. The didn't ask if I was going to order just moved right to the person behind me. The portions aren't worth the price.

Great food, would be even better if self-serve. This is probably one the healthiest fast foods I've ever seen (good combo of meat, beans and veggies, and gets to choose what you want). But sometimes had larger waiting times

This location has made me give up entirely on Chipotle.

Staff isn't friendly and they serve thee smallest portion sizes. I was the only one in there and the way I was rushed and not met with any kindness was off putting. For 10 dollars, you'd think a bowl with ingredients like rice, beans, & chicken, would be a decent sized meal, none of these are expensive by any means and the scarcity of which they serve them would make you think they were.
I tried to like Chipotle because it's one of the healthier choices for a quick meal when I'm in a rush, but yeah, I'll be avoiding it now.

I know this review won’t make you change nothin since it’s a big company, but you should know that the lady who served me on Monday December 25th at 2:30 pm should improve her way of customer service. Very cold personality. First thing she told me was, what type entree you want… like, hello, how are you, good evening, how can I help you or just a smile in your face. Then, she speak so
Slow and her mouth pointing down, like how
do you expect me to hear you? If having a bad day, cx hasn’t the fault for it :/

Mismanaged spot

This chipotle is notorious for doing to-go orders wrong, so I order in store most of the time.
Some girl must have been in a bad mood, her portion sizes were so small, ordered double meat and got maybe 4oz of chicken if I was lucky?

One of the most incompetent locations I have ever seen. This is my fifth time being served a wrong order. I worked on a fixed lunch break and always order an hour in advance. I don't have time on the clock to make sure people actually do their job correctly. Not only did this location ruin my lunch but someone's lunch too.
