Don't get me wrong I love a good crumbl cookie but their policy of tossing a whole box of cookies if 1 is wrong is absolutely ridiculous. I even offered to pay for the extra cookie along with the cookie that wasn't in my box and they threw the old one away and gave me new one. So I paid for a cookie I didn't even get. I'm sorry but I will not be taking my service back.

This place is always sparkling clean and also quick. We find some of the cookies too sweet so the new addition of the cakes has been a game changer! We can’t skip when we see the tres leches cake.

I'm super impressed with their customer service! I placed a Doordash surprise order for a friend, but forgot to select a "happy birthday" sticker while ordering. I called Crumbl and the employee I spoke to was kind, friendly, and ensured he would add a birthday message on my order! Thank you for making my friend's bday special! :)
