I see why they didn’t bother opening it when giving it to me curbside. Caramel is all over the cornbread cookie and the shortcakes have half the advertised jam. Featuring the empty space from the brownie I pre-ordered with the rest that they sold to someone else. Their recommendation for fixing it? I could call around and see if anyone else had any after waiting nearly ten minutes and having to call for them to even come to my car and tell me.

I placed an order online, it was my first time. Came in and got in line. I was ignored for 10 minutes. Then was told it wasn’t ready even though it was 20 minutes past the estimated pickup time they gave online. Brutal experience for some cookies.
Edit: it seems you need to message your policy of waiting to make cookies until the customer is standing there to corporate. The online order system is telling me they will be ready at a specific time.
