I'm super impressed with their customer service! I placed a Doordash surprise order for a friend, but forgot to select a "happy birthday" sticker while ordering. I called Crumbl and the employee I spoke to was kind, friendly, and ensured he would add a birthday message on my order! Thank you for making my friend's bday special! :)
The store is usually clean and the staff are overall friendly. I have had encounters with staff that seem less than thrilled to be there, but overall, this is a nice store.
