Very impressed with Evergreens. It's set up very similarly to a Subway, with a salad bar-style area where you can choose and customize based on their main menu options. They have some great recommendations for salads and wraps. Everything was fresh and smelled great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is vegetarian or looking for a healthier option for lunch or dinner. It's very fresh and local. Everyone there had a smile on their face and was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, providing exceptional service. The place was impeccably clean, and I didn't notice any garbage or dirty tables anywhere in the area. I ordered a jalapeño salad, and you were able to change and make different variations, just like you could at a local Subway; however, it was definitely way better than a Subway and fresher.

I must have come after the rush cuz there was no one dining, and only one person on the counter. Overall, it was a great experience, I was allowed exceptions and swaps for the bowl that I ordered. The food was very fresh, and very tasty! I will come in again, hopefully soon.

The price recently jumped dramatically on the bowl I always ordered. It used to be the chicken and steak could be added without a price change and now it’s +$6 for both to be included. Checking on Ubereats now it’s $22.50 for the exact bowl I paid ~$15 for just a couple mouths ago. That’s like 46% price increase. WOW. Will go elsewhere now.

What is the point of this restaurant. I thought it used to be just closed on Sundays, but now it’s closed all weekend. Plus this location just has terrible service. I’ll just be going to the cedar hills location from now on.
