Great place, good food, nice staff. Gaming streams on all the screens? Whaaaat? I found my people.
This was my first time going to Far Baby Barbecue x Blue Ox Hillsboro. We did a family birthday celebration.
We ordered the large platter, chose the sliced basket, chopped brisket, pulled pork, tater tots, Mac n cheese, 3 cheese biscuit, ranch dressing, and BBQ sauce. It came with pickles, pickled onions, and 3 bread slices. It was a lot of food! It was also very good!

Fat Baby Barbecue x Blue Ox Hillsboro offers a large platter that includes sliced basket, chopped brisket, pulled pork, tater tots, Mac n cheese, 3 cheese biscuit, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, pickles, pickled onions, and 3 bread slices. The food is described as a lot of food and very good. The venue also has ax throwing. A gentleman shows clear instructions and the staff is very friendly. The ax throwing is fun, good exercise, and a unique way to spend time with people. Guests are advised to dress in light cool clothes because it is warm inside. Families and groups celebrate birthdays, with large tables and good service. One group of ten people spent 1½ hours axe throwing and enjoyed drinks after. Veterans mentioned a military discount. The pit master is on point; the smoke on pork ribs is perfect and not overly salted. Brisket can be cut with a fork and brisket beans are amazing. The place is long and spacious, with outdoor breeze and a menu of many items. It is a good spot for Texas OG Q and a supportive small business. recommend.
