This is a great food cart where there is indoor seating.. Not all the food cards were open that day, but I did go to a Mexican one which was very delicious and very big portions. It was very quiet for lunch, which made it a great meeting place to catch up with friends.

We hit up the Hillsboro Downtown Station on our way to the coast. It was a bit of a detour off of our main trip, but was so worth it. The attached parking lot was full, but there was plenty of on street parking on a Saturday afternoon. There were so many different cuisines to choose from that we had a hard time choosing. We chose food from three different trucks and every vendor was super polite and kind. Most of the vendors prefer cash. Food was made super quick. There is plenty of outdoor seating that is covered and uncovered. We got a bit cold and moved inside and there is a ton of communal seating inside. There are board games and a few claw machines inside as well as bathrooms. You can also get a coffee or beer inside of the building. My kiddos are picky eaters but they both tried something new and loved their food. I had the best yakisoba noodles I've ever had. Portions were perfect and the vibes were just right. We absolutely loved eating here and plan to come back soon!

There is something here for everyone, and it's all good! Indoor and covered area available. Buy a drink from the vendors because they heat the free water inside to discourage consumption. Nice on a cold day tho.

Beware of some of the foods trucks. Choose the one that you had and like. Others either too greasy hamburger, under cook, and nothing like the menu pics.
We went there with friends, specifically to try one thing.The shrilankan food cart. Omg it was amazing. The server helped me pick what to eat. I asked him what was the popular dish. It had veggies, meat, and some hand made pasta it was very flavorful. I went back a few days ago. It was amazing just as the first time I ate it. 5 Star 🌟

You just feel happy the moment you walk into this area—it has such a vibrant, cheerful vibe! The food selection is incredible, with pretty much any option you could name: Mexican, Indian, Indian pizza, Mediterranean, Nepali momos, Hawaiian, Korean fusion, Thai, crepes, burgers, fried food, boba, and Brazilian coffee. The indoor seating area is also super spacious, so it's easy to find a spot. There’s always been live music playing whenever we’ve visited, which adds so much charm to the experience - though it can get a tad bit loud, making it a little tough to hear the person sitting right across from you.
While we’ve enjoyed almost all the food we've tried here, I have to give a massive shoutout to the Pinch Spice truck. They have some of the absolute best Indian food I've tasted around here. I find myself constantly coming back just for that single truck! 10/10 recommend
One downer has been that at least a quarter food trucks are closed any time we have visited. Hope they start keeping more consistent timings.
