They never answer their phone like the other locations do. When ordering in the store, it takes forever. My family has given them plenty of opportunities, each time it takes 15 minutes or more...one time 25 minutes. Nothing quick about it. Basically, you're probably fine pre-ordering on the app...but not everyone purchases that way.

While waiting for my order, the owner was speaking very loudly and not very kindly to employees in front of customers. During a rush, I overheard her having one employee train a new worker, which seemed poorly timed. Benjamin took my order and was great and very professional, the only issue was the owner. I’ve heard negative things about this place before, and after seeing how the owner treats employees, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I see this Jamba is closer to my house and new. So I decided to go there and try them out. The young girl working there messed up my order and over cooked , burnt the classic sandwich I always get. I asked for a large orange c booster, with fresh strawberries. She started making it and threw in frozen instead. I spoke up and said that was suppose to be fresh and she got a attitude like I messed up. Anyways started to make another one gave it to me it was flowing everywhere made an mess on the counter leaking everywhere. Then burnt the classic sandwich to crisp..lol. So said thank you got to my truck and thats when i attemped to eat the sandwich but it was so bad i returned the hockey puck.

I'll stick to the other one in hillsboro.👎👎👎

I would rate this place a 6 out of 5 stars if I could! The workers made me feel very welcome. I especially appreciated their patience when I wasn't sure what drink I wanted. The worker at the register, Nicholas I believe, helped me with the ordering process and had more patience than I knew this younger generation could! The other worker, I didn't catch his name but he had a 'can-do' attitude as well! They seemed as if they ENJOYED working?! Whatever this place has going on, I hope they keep it! I look forward to returning, and getting another 'caribean passion smoothie' from this Jamba.

(Something to keep in mind, this location is a little small, but it adds to the home-y vibe)

It's a new place in south Hillsboro. I ordered my drink and it sat in the mixer for a few minutes and by the time my smoothie was ready,it was watered down. Will not return.

One of the employees with glasses Nicholas was really funny and attentive to customers asks. A few times I noticed the Juice wasn't thick enough but whenever I requested if nicholas could make it; It always was perfect! He really helped without getting in the way of his coworkers and is an upstanding young man! Definitely will come back again. It was around closing time and they still took my order graciously even with the hassle. I was at the shake shack around the time Jamba closed and dropped some of my personal belongings; as he was on his way out he helped me pick them up. 10/10 excellent customer service. #jambanicholas #nicholasjuice

One of the employees nicholas with black hair is really funny and knows how to interact with customers even from the back of the workspace. He personally saw too it that my jamba related needs were taken care of when i had questions without overstepping or detracting from his coworkers

I ordered a med smoothie and a small summer drink on ice. I have a pineapple allergy and mentioned they take caution. I asked for light ice on the small drink.

5 other drinks that were ordered after me were made first for two different parties before I got mine, and clearly, light ice doesn't exist here. $6 for me to get 5 gulps of a drink (the color is the little slurp that's left if I really want to be an obnoxious drinker).
