The better sandwich option (in my opinion). I like alot of the staff there as well, especially Joey and Sheena. They are always so helpful and cheery.
I'm giving 3 stars, but I honestly don't know what an appropriate rating is. I started coming here frequently when this location first opened, and it was phenomenal. Amazing staff, service, and food. Over the last few weeks, the service and quality has gone way down. I'm not greeted when I walk in (which is fine, but it's weird to stand silently for minutes before being acknowledged), it takes longer for them to build sandwiches, and I've gotten multiple wrong orders in the last...read full review

Jersey Mike's Subs recently opened a new location, and customer experiences have been mixed. One visitor was excited to try it, having enjoyed their other location in Hillsboro Esplanade, which they consider a step above Subway. However, at this new site, they found the sandwiches to be just OK, comparable to Subway, with the sandwich lacking in meat and toppings, and the bread not meeting expectations. They hope the staff will improve. Another guest had a very positive first visit, praising the fresh, tasty food, friendly staff, and warm atmosphere. A third customer experienced some issues with their gluten-free sub, which was underfilled and missing ingredients like mayo, mustard, tomato, and bacon. Despite these issues, they appreciated the cleanliness of the store and friendly service, and look forward to better experiences in the future.
