I love Jersey mikes and get it quite often, the subs are always great. However This store was particularly slow and distracted today. When I arrived I was the only one in line and ordered two subs. They started slicing the wrong sub and I corrected them, which they were apologetic. They didn’t start my hot sub until after my cold sub and I had paid. Really taking their time. Although there were 1-2 employees doing nothing but talking. It was definitely disappointing.

Ordering online was quick and very easy, friendly and efficient staff (even during lunch rush!), amazingly tasty and very filling subs, just make sure to ask for plenty of napkins!

So I don’t normally write “bad” reviews. My fiancé has terrible anxiety and I sent him out for some sandwiches. He got my cold sub and wanted to make sure it was mikes way, cause that’s the best. The person at the counter argued with him and stated that “mikes way is not a thing” I don’t know if that employee is aware but it says very large on the menu under cold subs what mikes way is.

I recommend going to the Jersey Mike’s on TV. I have been consistently disappointed by the one on Cornell. Here you see what was supposed to be a Veggie, Mike’s Way, with mayo and banana peppers. Instead, I got something missing tomatoes and with very little on it. Do better.
