Operational disaster. It should not take 27 minutes to complete a two sandwich order.
Second time I placed an order my we order was not on the shelf for pick up. After 15 minutes I happened to notice a stack of wrapped sandwiches behind the counter. I asked about my order and of course the sandwiches were in the stack, waiting to be assembled and bagged with their other meal items. I was given my sandwiches and told I could grab the chips and drinks myself.
