Really nice staff, but the biscuits and gravy was inedible. I ordered a half portion for myself and a full sized portion for my spouse. The eggs were reconstituted powdered eggs, which was kind of gross on its own. The gravy was unbelievably salty. I like salty biscuits and gravy, but this tasted like they dumped extra all over the top. I did call to let them know thinking it might have been a mistake, because I've had their biscuits before and they didn't taste like this at all. The lady who answered kind of just spoke over me and didn't want to hear the criticism. I wasn't rude, just wanted to inform her we both were throwing it away. They offered a refund if we go back, but it's a long drive for us. All in all, I wouldn't get that particular dish again. You guys need to seriously reduce the sodium content. I like salty food, so for something to be inedible to me it has to be over the top salty. $30 wasted, which is a drag. I found out 30 minutes before ordering that I am breast cancer free, so it was meant to be a celebratory breakfast. We ended up tossing it and ordering from somewhere else. Very nice counter person, though.
To the owner: if the eggs aren't reconstituted, you guys need to change how you cook them. They had a really bad texture and taste. It wasn't just my taste buds. We both took a bite and immediately spit it out. I tried 3 bites, thinking maybe it was just that bit and it was all of it. Neither of us could eat it.

The breakfast burrito was awesome, very well done. The acai bowl unfortunately was terrible. Good amount of fruit but too much over sweet granola and almost no acai to speak of. The acai that was there was also too sweet. The fruit provides enough sugar on its own. All the added sugar is unhealthy and unpalatable.
HUGE breakfast burritos at a great price and friendly staff!!

I work nearby and eat here at least 3x a week. I simply can’t stop ordering their breakfast burritos! I recommend the umu pork burrito. I’m eating one as I write this… It has eggs, potatoes, some tomatoes, and a ton of delicious pork. They also crisp the outside of the burrito. It’s so good. If you are feeling more morning-y, the biscuits and gravy is delicious and unique (and heavy!).
The staff is super warm and welcoming. They also do coffee and smoothies and stuff - I haven’t had any drinks yet. I just keep getting burritos 😅

The half plate lunch is quite large and there was a lot of meat. The umu pork is 5 stars alone!

I came in super last minute because I'd just gotten out of the ER, but the staff was really kind and friendly anyway. Really nice lavender latte. Glad to have this to enjoy when getting out of the hospital!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to Manaia (they used to be at the courthouse). I decided to rekindle my love for their food but alas, the mac salad isn’t how they used to make it. It lacks potatoes, flavor, and most importantly, love. The salad isn’t the fresh greens they used to pair your protein and rice with and some kind of strawberry sauce. Rice had way too much water during the cooking process (mush just taste like eating juk/zhao/rice gruel). What happened?

I don't know a coffee shop that opens at 9 other than this place. Especially being in a medical building. You should consider adjusting your hours to cater more towards the population that is near you. And your prices of food....WOW they are high.
The smell of the food cooking called my name!!
$4.25 for a 12 oz filter coffee with oat milk
Their special sauce is not to be skipped on. It is so good. And the hostess was so dang sweet and helpful. Definitely a great spot on a cold morning
