I came in super last minute because I'd just gotten out of the ER, but the staff was really kind and friendly anyway. Really nice lavender latte. Glad to have this to enjoy when getting out of the hospital!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to Manaia (they used to be at the courthouse). I decided to rekindle my love for their food but alas, the mac salad isn’t how they used to make it. It lacks potatoes, flavor, and most importantly, love. The salad isn’t the fresh greens they used to pair your protein and rice with and some kind of strawberry sauce. Rice had way too much water during the cooking process (mush just taste like eating juk/zhao/rice gruel). What happened?

I don't know a coffee shop that opens at 9 other than this place. Especially being in a medical building. You should consider adjusting your hours to cater more towards the population that is near you. And your prices of food....WOW they are high.

Their special sauce is not to be skipped on. It is so good. And the hostess was so dang sweet and helpful. Definitely a great spot on a cold morning

Been to Manaia several times to enjoy their veggie breakfast burritos, theyve been consistently good. The spicy version of the burrito tastes wonderful if you enjoy a bit of heat!

I’m usually pretty good at finding the best breakfast joints in town. I got this one dead wrong. It’s in a hospital. I don’t think I need to say more. I got totally bamboozled. Breakfast burrito was cold. Great service just not the spot.

I had 1 bite of sausage biscuits & gravy with scrambled eggs, the sausage tasted bad. I took container up to worker, asked only to have the sausage gravy scraped off, she said, “no if you don’t like it scrape it off in the trash in lobby.” I said, “You want me to scrape it off right here in front of everyone?” she said, “If you don’t like it then yes.”Later after much thought I returned after my dr appointment, I told the same girl how disappointed I was in her customer service. I was willing to accept the food was bad, but that she was so rude just really bothered me. She then said, “What did you expect me to do, you took bite of food.” I advised her I would be writing a review. Then she offered me money back. I told her it was not about money, or the bad food, it was about her poor customer service.
