Went there today and my meal was completely inedible. Stale, burned and awful. Took one bite and threw it out. I get it, this is fast food, but this place was terrible by those standards.

The milkshakes were really watery more like milk, and when I asked if the machine wasn’t working, she said it hasn’t been cleaned and they clean it once a week 🤢 and the fries were way over salted and kind of floppy.

I went to this McDonald's for a nice, cold treat on this hot summer day🫠; I just needed something to cool off. So I went in and got a $2 ice cream cone🍦, which, by the way, was bigger than I thought it would be. The atmosphere of the restaurant was super nice. They had unique seating and tables inside; it felt very modern and cool.

My husband went to this location to preorder 18 happy meal for our daughter's birthday party on Monday. A staff at the shop wrote down his order and his personal info. However on the party date, I went to the store and the general manager mentioned they did not have any record of this... She mentioned she took over the location the day before and she didn't see any note regarding our preorder. This is McDonald and Im not surprised with this kind of service .... Yet, I later on found out at least one of our white milk had expired the day before the event. This is very disappointing. This McDonald missed my preorder and they just put expired product in my 18 happy meals. Avoid this McDonald if you care abt your physical health!!! (My daughter's party is on July 19th and on this milk it states it is best by July 18th).

Pulled in here at just after midnight. Sat at the speaker for several minutes before someone who was clearly trying to sound like a prerecorded file said “we are currently closed.” Uh, no you’re not. Hours posted on the building said open til 1, same with Google Maps and the McD app. Had to cancel my mobile order and go somewhere else. Major pain in the ass. Won’t be back. Epic fail from the management and their useless staff.

Make sure you check your to-go order before you drive away. We ended up with no orange drink, as requested, and cola instead. We got a large fry we didn't order, and a fishwich with no sauce on it. Oh, and the fries do taste different in the new oil. You will notice!
