I paid for 2 hashbrowns today and for the THIRD TIME they were not in the bag when I got home! AND I tried to call the number listed on the receipt and online only to get a fax machine!
Terrible customer service. When I pulled up to the drive through to order nobody said anything, but I heard the worker in the drive though line next to me take 3 different orders, so I said “hello” to get the attention of the worker. I had to say “hello” six more times and waited an additional two minutes before I got a response. The worker was clearly annoyed with me by the time she finally took my order.
