Aden was a fantastic host for our date night. It is great that we have an authentic sake place in town. Love it and definitely will be back!
Aiden made our experience exceptional from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the sake selection, and his recommendations were spot on. You can tell he has a genuine passion for Japanese cuisine and culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Wow! What a hidden gem this place is! As a local, I had no idea this spot was here until a recent Google search. I'm so glad I went in. Got there at opening and was hosted by Aden at the bar. I'm a newbie to sake, so I was completely under his guidance. He did a great job of explaining the character of different sakes and shared with me more about the making of sake than ever before. He even pulled out a map of Japan to show me where different sakes come from. So cool.
