Ordered 2 salads and cheesy bread + a no name cake. Costs about 40$ and they only put like 2 onions on my salad, 2 pieces of broccoli, 4 mushrooms and the same situation with the other ingredients on my unlimited salad. didn’t give me marinara sauce for my cheesy bread and the lettuce in my Cesar was mostly yellow and wilted. Disappointed in the quality and pure ignorance of my order. Won’t be going to this location again I don’t know how hard it is to read what to put on a salad and put in a bag. Not to mention it was a pickup order and the lady at the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all until I said something just kept making a pizza when my order is sitting right in front of her. Horrible experience

This sucks because I used to work for MOD all through college, and I love the chain but I won’t be coming back to this location ever. The staff was rude, and they were unprepared for customers. No dough was pressed and they wanted to know my entire pizza order before they even put the sauce on. Then after my pizza was made it sat on a metal thing waiting to be cooked for 15 minutes giving me no time to eat on my lunch break from work. I asked for garlic on the pizza and the woman making my pizza put on more than a quarter cup and when I said it was way too much she just laughed at me. I mean this whole heartedly, you have a terrible staff at this location. I would have been fired from mod had I been that rude to customers.

Edited review: having had multiple great experiences at this location today I was let down. I ordered online and picked up takeout. Did not check the pizza until I got home and was missing multiple toppings or had been replaced with others. I double checked that I had picked up the correct order and the notes are what should be on the pizza. Missing: pesto sauce, feta, spinach, tomato, mushroom. Added that I did not ask for: pepperoni, green bell pepper, white sauce, bacon.

Update: Had gotten pretty good. Most of the time I order here they're fast and a couple of the employees are really nice and will joke with you and make the experience better. The taste is awesome I love the cauliflower crust and the hot honey sauce. Upgraded to 5 stars from 4
Once the guy with the tight jeans and crappy attitude stopped working here the service has jumped up a ton. I like the young guy on nights as he is friendly and makes my pizza the way I ask.
Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to wheat, corn, soy, peanuts, and fish... I can still eat out here when 90% of the restaurants I cannot go, especially the faster food ones.

This location has gone downhill, received bad service, bad food, and sparse toppings. A far cry from the experience you expect from a Mod Pizza location. Paid $12 for a salad that was basically just romaine and a tiny pinch of cheese and and undetectable amount of "chicken" which was a tiny pinch of little slivers of shredded chicken. Staff member had an off attitude like she wanted to be literally anywhere else. If their food costs are that far out of control where they can't provide even a basic amount of the toppings, why even bother. If I gave the salad back to them and asked them if there was chicken they probably wouldn't have been able to find it. Definitely not going to return to this location.
