Normally the pizza is Amazing I opened my pizza box when I got home and this pizza is basically all dough there’s no cheese on it barely and it’s just not good. It’s really gummy. I’m just really surprised they even gave this to me like this not for sure what was going on today but I’m super bummed out because I can’t eat the other part of the pizza. Just sucks I paid so much for this and can’t eat it !

This is my least favorite MOD location in the Hillsboro area. Staff alternates between apathetic, chaotic , and disorganized. The person I think is the manager deepens the chaos. To go orders are almost always at least 15-30 minutes later than the estimated time. I will literally drive 10 minutes further to the next MOD in Tanasbourne because the experience is so much more consistent.
Food wise, it’s what it is. The poor review is about the chaos and lack of consistency.

People here are very unconcerned about their customers. Orders are consistently delivered late, even when placed online. It’s clear they just don’t care. This is the third time this week that I’ve either come in or ordered online, and every time it’s the same frustrating experience. No urgency, no accountability. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

Ordered 2 salads and cheesy bread + a no name cake. Costs about 40$ and they only put like 2 onions on my salad, 2 pieces of broccoli, 4 mushrooms and the same situation with the other ingredients on my unlimited salad. didn’t give me marinara sauce for my cheesy bread and the lettuce in my Cesar was mostly yellow and wilted. Disappointed in the quality and pure ignorance of my order. Won’t be going to this location again I don’t know how hard it is to read what to put on a salad and put in a bag. Not to mention it was a pickup order and the lady at the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all until I said something just kept making a pizza when my order is sitting right in front of her. Horrible experience

This sucks because I used to work for MOD all through college, and I love the chain but I won’t be coming back to this location ever. The staff was rude, and they were unprepared for customers. No dough was pressed and they wanted to know my entire pizza order before they even put the sauce on. Then after my pizza was made it sat on a metal thing waiting to be cooked for 15 minutes giving me no time to eat on my lunch break from work. I asked for garlic on the pizza and the woman making my pizza put on more than a quarter cup and when I said it was way too much she just laughed at me. I mean this whole heartedly, you have a terrible staff at this location. I would have been fired from mod had I been that rude to customers.

Edited review: having had multiple great experiences at this location today I was let down. I ordered online and picked up takeout. Did not check the pizza until I got home and was missing multiple toppings or had been replaced with others. I double checked that I had picked up the correct order and the notes are what should be on the pizza. Missing: pesto sauce, feta, spinach, tomato, mushroom. Added that I did not ask for: pepperoni, green bell pepper, white sauce, bacon.
