I’m pregnant and sent my husband for one of my typical pregnant lady orders. The staff spent extra time finding ingredients in the back to accommodate my strange order. Unfortunately he didn’t pick up any names but he said all three staff members did a fantastic job of making him feel like they’d go above and beyond to meet my needs. Thanks for the great pizza!

Ordered through DoorDash. Got here quickly but were scarce toppings- a tiny little bit of cheese and some minuscule crumbs of mushroom. My family was starving so ate it anyway, and should have taken photos of whole thing which was about the same as this slice. We had to put pieces under the broiler with added cheese. I’ve been a long time mod customer and have never had pizza like this. It was just terrible. I moved over to Tanasbourne from Tigard area and I’ve always gone to the Greenway location, which has always been great, but this was just horrific..

NOT GLUTEN FRIENDLY They put my gluten-friendly crust on the oven floor with all the gluten pizzas. When I tried to give feedback, they told me that that's the way corporate tells them to do it. The waste of a $20 pizza. As far as my husband's gluten pizza, it was fine, but not anything special.

It's a good environment to eat with friends/family, the workers are nice, and if you have a light issue, it's not too bright in there or too dark. I would definitely suggest going with friends or family, or even by yourself.

Normally the pizza is Amazing I opened my pizza box when I got home and this pizza is basically all dough there’s no cheese on it barely and it’s just not good. It’s really gummy. I’m just really surprised they even gave this to me like this not for sure what was going on today but I’m super bummed out because I can’t eat the other part of the pizza. Just sucks I paid so much for this and can’t eat it !

This is my least favorite MOD location in the Hillsboro area. Staff alternates between apathetic, chaotic , and disorganized. The person I think is the manager deepens the chaos. To go orders are almost always at least 15-30 minutes later than the estimated time. I will literally drive 10 minutes further to the next MOD in Tanasbourne because the experience is so much more consistent.
Food wise, it’s what it is. The poor review is about the chaos and lack of consistency.

People here are very unconcerned about their customers. Orders are consistently delivered late, even when placed online. It’s clear they just don’t care. This is the third time this week that I’ve either come in or ordered online, and every time it’s the same frustrating experience. No urgency, no accountability. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

Very friendly service, made us some great pizza. . even though the dude felt pineapple did not belong on my pizza. Seating wasn't very comfortable. but the food and service made up for it.
This is the best Mod in the area. Staff is really nice, funny, efficient, and friendly. Store is really clean, and this Mod is faster than the others usually.

Ordered 2 salads and cheesy bread + a no name cake. Costs about 40$ and they only put like 2 onions on my salad, 2 pieces of broccoli, 4 mushrooms and the same situation with the other ingredients on my unlimited salad. didn’t give me marinara sauce for my cheesy bread and the lettuce in my Cesar was mostly yellow and wilted. Disappointed in the quality and pure ignorance of my order. Won’t be going to this location again I don’t know how hard it is to read what to put on a salad and put in a bag. Not to mention it was a pickup order and the lady at the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all until I said something just kept making a pizza when my order is sitting right in front of her. Horrible experience
