I ordered a purple anniversary cake and they gave me a white one with yellow and pink flowers and it had more frosting than cake, very bad service, and it didn't cost me cheap😡

This is what 73 dollars is worth to them. We were told they were going to HAND draw it and when my mom went to go pick it up this is what we were given. I honestly don’t know why my mom keeps ordering cakes from them, they’re okay nothing special but they keep messing up our orders whether it’s the filling or the color of the icing. They charge so much for such terrible work.

had a employee just stare and mean mug me the entire time i was there. i was uncomfortable just being there with her listening in and just staring at me and my husband.

The store was quite nice and clean. But it was disappointing going in because there wasn't as much product as I was expecting from a bakery. But they did have quite a nice variety of Latin sweet breads. They also sell ice cream cakes and regular cakes as well. I will say some of the Latin sweet bread is a little more expensive than other places. Overall, if you're in the area would recommend stopping by and picking some tasty bread up.

La imperial can boast of excellent quality cakes. But their customer service cannot sink any lower. Very discourteous staff, first audaciously told me there was no cake even without asking if I actually had placed an order. Secondly based on the store staff instructions, I had texted the wordings of the cake only to be told when i wenr to pick the cake that nobody checks the messages to that phone. When politely requested if they would pipe a name the lovely staff Jarda couldnt possibly be more ruder . I asked if they sold paper plates. She said yes ( twice !) and then when i asked her where it was she said they didnt have any and that she was confused because of my presence in the store !Just a gentle reninder .. while your cakes are fabulous.. you ll be out of business in no time if your staff continue in this fashion because :1. You are not the only bakery in town2. You are not giving away free cakes ! You charge a hefty price and it is only fair that the customer gets what they paid for !

I purchased a “Rosca de Reyes” from this bakery, and I must say, the “rosca” was incredibly delicious. The aroma alone was inviting, and each bite was a delight. Freshness and quality truly stood out. Highly recommend!

I'm sorry, I thought it was better than it looks but the bread was super hard, Fiesta bread but from last year.

Always friendly and helpful and Don Moy is very humble and loves to bake. Stopped in today to get some delicious Mexican pastries and saw Pumpkin Spice Tres Leches. I normally don't try pumpkin spice flavored foods since it is over done. But this was a new cake. First of all. The cake was amazing. It was sweet, moist and tasted like you are eating a piece of homemade pumpkin pie. I will be trying more of their tres leches cakes in the future. Thank you for baking. I appreciate the sweet goodies you produce! ??☺️
