I've been a Peets Coffee goer for decades... I have also frequented every location in Oregon... Two of the best locations have permanently closed and that was disappointing, but u adjust... The quality of the coffee has lessoned a bit, and the pastries at some locations seem to have been refrigerated being that u can taste it... Customer Service is good unless someone makes a mistake on ur drink and u have to ask for a remake... U get straight up attitude!!! Always a clean...
First time here, it was very pleasant. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and enthusiastic.
