4/14 @ 10pm—Whoever is the district manager for chipotle needs to look into whoever is running this one. HORRIBLE customer service. I waited 30 minutes for my online order just for someone to tell me they couldn’t make my quesadilla or burrito BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO TORTILLAS and this is only because I asked where my order was after standing there repeatedly asking whoever was close by where my order was. Small portions, generally unfriendly, refused to give normal portions when we asked . Line was 3 people long and took 17 minutes with only 1 worker staffed to complete orders even though we saw 4 others walking around. Out of rice and veggies.
