Veggie bowl was flavourful

I know this not going to change anything there, but hopefully it will help someone to make a decision on where to go and not have their experience ruined.
We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the experience we had at this location tonight. The customer service was easily a 1/5, and honestly, the way we were treated was unacceptable.

I got steak tacos yesterday that tasted oddly like clams. Ended up having stomach upset that evening but wasn't sure why. Tasting the leftovers today, this beef is obviously spoiled.

The staff sometimes handles multiple tasks at once, and there have been issues with cleanliness and temperature control. Overall, many enjoy the food and the concept, but improvements are needed in ingredient portions and staff attentiveness.
