“Fabulous little spot for Authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices! It's a hole in the wall of the best kind! They have dine-in and take-out options with indoor and outdoor seating.

On this occasion, we dined on a Sunday around 5pm, Google said it was the busiest time of day and it definitely seemed to be! We had to park around the corner from the restaurant in a parking lot for several businesses, which meant we had a short walk to get there. The outdoor grill was running and you could smell the deliciousness from our parking spot!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though the place was packed. We waited a little longer than usual for our food since they were so busy but, they brought us some chips and salsa as an apology. The chips were fresh and the green salsa was wonderfully flavorful without being too spicy! When our food arrived it was exactly what we expected and we enjoyed every bite.

“We had Ochoa’s cater our son’s birthday party and the food was amazing. We received so many compliments about how delicious everything was. We ordered pork tamales, chicken and carne asada tacos, and cheese quesadilla. It came with salsas, rice, beans and all of the fixings. The service was wonderful. Laura was easy and pleasant to communicate with. She made the entire process so easy. We’ll definitely be using them for another event, but in the meantime we’ll continue to be frequent patrons of their stand at the farmers market.“

“The photos are misleading, yes. The interior restaurant is currently closed. This is a food truck in a parking lot. It looks like they open the interior sometimes and set up tables & chairs. Not always the case.
Ordering was easy and the food came out fairly quick. The largest downside was probably ly waiting in full heat of the sun.
The woman in the truck was very friendly. We ended up taking our food just a little down the street to the Hillsboro Brookwood library which has a large pond with tables and benches and shade.
The food was so delicious. Got a taco plate with 2 pork & 1 beef. All of it good. Red sauce was good, nothing special, but I'm a huge fan of the green.
Overall, would absolutely recommend and return.
Again, just note it's not always an interior space. Just a food truck that sounds like it's not always parked at location.“

“I have been coming to Baja Fresh since I was a kid and finally returned after years! Always fresh, quick and generous with portions. The guacamole and salsa were plentiful and chips were offered complimentary while we were waiting for our orders. I love how they have diversified their menu with options for alternative meats and fish. Definitely will be visiting more frequently!“

“I was craving carnitas all day. There was tortillas and salsa at work, but no meat. All I could think about was how good it would be to have some carnitas.

I hopped on GrubHub to see what was around, as I'm knew to town. Second thing I see is this place, and the name of the game is carnitas. I order paquette #1 and half hour later there's a bag at my door. I lost my mind. 1lb of carnitas in a bag (as it should be), real good rice, some of the best beans I ever had, like 6 or 7 different salsas and toppings, and of course, a fat stack of tortillas. Seriously, this was exactly what I wanted. Like I just went to the neighborhood Mexican market and picked out everything myself. I'm so grateful I found this place. I'll be ordering weekly, I guarantee it. Thanks y'all!“

However, it turned out that Google had the wrong information about their operating hours. Despite this setback, the staff at Baja Fresh were incredibly understanding and patient with us. “This has become my go-to Taco Bell literally. I've gone here four times in the past 4 weeks every single weekend because this is the only Taco Bell around me that still has the build your own box deals for six bucks. Well they used to be five but now they're six and I hope they stayed that price or go back down and they don't go up. Every other Taco Bell in the area still has the box deals, but the cheapest they offer now is for $7 and it includes less food. This specific deal still gives you three items and a drink for six bucks. It's literally a crazy good deal and it's enough to feed one and a half people's which works out perfectly for me because between 4 people in my family three boxes is always enough and we have leftovers even afterwards. I really appreciate this location as even if there's a long line I've never had to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. Most of the time I'm able to just come up and within 2 or 3 minutes. My order is ready to go probably because I've lived 10 minutes away and I passed two other Taco bells just to get here because the other Taco bells on TV highway and in other locations in Beaverton do not have the same deal. If you are the owner of this Taco Bell, please keep this deal going. It's making you money consistently from at least me and I'm sure other people in the community as well. I can't speak to the atmosphere inside but there is plenty of parking here. Probably two dozen if not more spots and it's located right next to a Dollar tree as well as stuff Fred Meyers. So there's plenty of other locations. No shopping around you plus it's right across the street from movies on TV theater and since they're open late even if you get to a late night movie or before going to the theater you can always fill up with with food from here as well. I hope the deals stay the same and as long as they do I'll keep coming“
