The photos are misleading, yes. The interior restaurant is currently closed. This is a food truck in a parking lot. It looks like they open the interior sometimes and set up tables & chairs. Not always the case.
Ordering was easy and the food came out fairly quick. The largest downside was probably ly waiting in full heat of the sun.

They are not permanently closed. They do events, don’t listen to the ignorant people who are so hangry they bash businesses that are trying to make a living.
Dona lulus is a husband and wife team, they make all their delicious food from scratch. I would just give them a call before ordering and if they answer, obviously they are open. It’s really difficult to get online order platforms shut down sometimes, they aren’t very helpful to us little guys. Give them a try!...read full review

This is my favorite taco truck, food is great and the owner is so wonderful and appreciates her customers! Highly recommend

Doña Lulu's is a charming food truck in Hillsboro. While photos may be misleading and the interior restaurant is currently closed, it sometimes opens with tables and chairs. The food truck is not permanently closed, as they do events. Doña Lulu's is a husband and wife team who make all their delicious food from scratch. Ordering is easy and the food comes out fairly quick, though waiting in the full heat of the sun is a downside. The woman in the truck is very friendly. The food is so delicious, with an assortment of tacos, a burrito, enchiladas mole, a quesadilla al pastor, and a taco pescado. The taco plate with 2 pork & 1 beef is good. The red sauce is good, but the green is a favorite. The beans and rice are delicious. The salsas and the molé are made from scratch. The Al pastor is moist and flavorful. A tortilla is even made for a single fish taco. The space is clean and comfortable with great indoor seating. The service is excellent, prompt, and kind. Overall, it is absolutely recommended and worth a return visit.
