We had an awesome experience at this QDOBA. The customer service was genuinely friendly and fast, which made the whole visit enjoyable from the moment we walked in. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way we ordered it. You can really tell they care about quality. The location is also perfect right next to the new Reedville development, making it super convenient for lunch, dinner, or a quick bite while you're out. The dining area was clean and comfortable...
Went there for lunch earlier. The white guy was super professional, but the Hispanic guy was weird. Kept asking me if I was sure after making a selection and looking at me in a strange way.
I picked up a burrito on my way home tonight, 4th of July and very close to closing time and these folks were very welcoming. No signs of uhhgg a customer or sense of rushing and friendly. Unfortunately, they were out of the Habanero Grilled steak, which is completely understandable considering my choice to show up at closing and the normal steak burrito that I purchase was built to perfection. The person I believe to be the manager was very generous and kind. I had a great experience.
