The store manager, Danelle E., recently helped out the Grad Night committee for Century High School. We were in quite a bind. Another location had donated some coffee for a big event we were hosting, but when we went to pick it up, nobody was there, they were closed due to the strike. We even confirmed the day prior. Totally fair, but we still needed coffee for A LOT of people! We called around to several Starbucks in the area, and Danelle at the 48th & Cornell location (Costco) was the ONE that could help us out. We really appreciated it, along with all the customers and vendors at our Winter Market. Personally, I haven’t had any lattes at Starbucks lately due to the strikes, but I ordered 3 when I went to pick up the donation. Danelle went above and beyond, we really appreciated it!

I ordered a peppermint mocha I paid extra for it and they gave me a regular one.
I am always glad with this Starbuck. I am not very wealthy and oftentimes I will walk to the library to look for a job! But when it is very hot out there I become dizzy from sweating because it is an 1.5 hours walk and I can't afford the bus all the time and they always give me free water. Also when it is cold out they have me hot water so now I can have hot water to drink while I walk to the library. They are very nice here.

Sadly this location has consistently delivered below standard Starbucks expectations. It wasn't a pleasant experience being snapped at by one of the baristas and then asked to repeat what I wanted. My drink wasn't great and I suspect they missed what I had asked for. ??♀️
