“Subway is always busy. And there always seems to be a customer that is not happy about something. I'll tell you. I never have bad experiences with this shop.
As I really don't complicate things with difficult requests or hard to make items that are limited, or time consuming to prepare the order. I specifically don't talk disrespectful or act rude to my sandwich artists. My sandwich is never exactly the same everytime as it was lastime and I like that! Every worker is an individual, and I just want them to Make it easy for all of us . I just say, you know what you are doing so I just want "example" how you know to make it and I am not extremely picky
Vegetarian options: I don't always eat vegetarian but when I do it's a good choice when they have fresh vegetables.
Dietary restrictions: If you're allergic or can't have certain items for diet reasons you just let him know and it's as simple as that.
Parking: This is in the sunset esplanade so it's a huge area to park in.
Wheelchair accessibility: Of course there's not too many places that I know of or have even heard in a long long while, of not having wheelchair/ handicap accessibility. Yes I'm sure there's still a couple places especially for the new place and they eventually do get it but it's nice to be able to have access.“
“Thanks! I came by around 10:30 or so, the young man serving was closing up shop when I showed up, he wasn't rude, never showed anger or resentment serving me, I gave him the biggest tip allowed on your card reader....he deserves it good job!!!!“
“We're sad this store hasn't been open. We started coming here since the store in Cornelius customer service was very poor. There is another Cornelius store in the Wal-Mart that is fine but doesn't have a drive thru.
We hope this store will open again soon!“
“I eat at this location a bunch and I usually have Erica serve me but tonight I got this new Guy and he gave me a sandwhich with very little ingredients. I ordered the tuna and I had to search for the tuna not much sauce and the guy took forever to help customers before me and he mostly did online orders ignoring the rest of us. Total wait time about 25 minutes. I dont understand why there is only one employee on shift anyways it not safe. I read some of the post and the customers can be very rude and its mostly stress from waiting in line and your employees get the fallout from it. I will say its bad when customers start arguing standing up for the person on shift. Do better Subway.“
“Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking. No line. I had the sweet onion chicken on itallian herb and cheese with extra sauce. It was good.
I like that the googlemaps summary says LGBT friendly. There's not like a pride flag hung up or anything, but I was trying to decide between this place and the Wendy's nearby and the Wendy's didn't have that in their summary so I picked the subway.
Food at subway isn't as cheap as it used to be. It's like 13$ for the footlong alone, so I knocked off a star. Location doesn't accept coupons. I miss the days of 5$ footlongs, but it's still a good meal.“
