During the dinner rush, the restaurant was understaffed, leaving the employees overwhelmed and unable to meet customer demands. However, not all customer experiences have been negative. One customer, Maddie, was praised for her excellent customer service and food preparation skills, making a clean and tasty sandwich. Conversely, another customer reported a less than pleasant interaction, where a staff member appeared to have an attitude when asked about a footlong cookie, leading the customer to hope that the item was genuinely out of stock rather than the employee simply not wanting to sell it.
