Had a great experience: the mo: mo: was second to none. I’d recommend this place if you want to experience Nepali taste.
Taste De Everest is a jewel in Hillsboro's downtown. Their momos are handcrafted to perfection and very tasty. I tried several times, and they maintained consistency in their food quality. Not to mention, the service is always excellent. The owner brought Nepal to Hillsboro with just one bite of her momo. The food here is top-notch and can be as spicy or mild as you like. Taste De Everest is one of the best representations of Nepalese food I have had in many years. We came here for my partner's birthday and I was so excited to try their Aalu Sadheko (a spicy potato appetizer) and Jhol Momo (dumplings in a full bodied, creamy soup). They've been at Hillsboro Downtown Station for a month, and I hope they're around for years to come.
