This is my second time visiting this place, and unfortunately I was there for about five minutes standing at the counter and no one went to greet me or tell me if I wanted something two in the kitchen looked at me and didn't even tell me for a moment they should improve their service and train their cashiers well

I'm giving this one low stars, straight across. We came in late at night to order food. We repeated the order numerous times and we got up to the window. We paid for it.We picked up our order.We got home and they didn't even get the order correct.

Been coming here for years… Food is always fresh and hot. When dining inside, it’s clean. Staff is always friendly, I have not run into any rude staff so far. Salsa bar is always clean when I dine in. I’ve never had any issues with food poisoning either!

What a fantastic spot for a breakfast burrito. Diner in because the jams are flowing and the sauces are delicious. I crushed breakfast burrito that was spectacular, served quick, hot and fresh and the selection of aqua fresca!!!! Yes please. Definitely hit it up if you're near by.

I don’t normally write reviews but the customer service I received today at around 8pm from an elderly lady with red lipstick (didn’t get her name) when I got my food was just upsetting. I go here a lot since food is tasty but on several occasions the customer service from the team at the drive thru window is just rude and uncomfortable. The service I received today makes me not comfortable going back. I ordered onions with carrots when I got my food and the lady gave me it and I asked for more green salsa since I only got 3 small cups and I had a lot of food ($60 worth of food) and in a rude tone and angry face expressions said in Spanish “Anything else lady” and handed my aggressively one more green salsa and turned around quickly. I was polite and did not understand her attitude. It would be appreciated if the manager of this location had a training for their staff on friendly customer service. Our food was delicious though.

We put in a takeout order and realized when we got home that they forgot a burrito. I called and went round & round with the rep who insisted she couldn't find our order. She finally tracked it down and told us that the manager was on break, so we'd have to come back and pick it up. We did, and they didn't offer to remove it from our bill or give us some free food or anything to account for the hassle. When we got back home to our food, it was cold, of course. Mistakes happen, but to argue with me about not finding the order, not offering to deliver it because the manager is on break (how is that my issue?) and offering any compensation for the hassle, was really crappy.
