It’s hard for me to believe that their rating is only 4.9 stars. I’ve been a customer since they opened and everything they make is superb. They continue to expand their offerings and they just built an eating space complete with beautiful flowers which compliments their very special store. Highly recommend Edeske!

It was Ok , not bad , but we were not blown away by any means like other reviewers seem to be. I am French and éclairs are my thing, I had the vanilla éclair which looks really good when you see it but disppointing in taste. I think they tried to make it way too fancy, the flavors don’t work well together , Maybe the other éclairs are better? My husband had a pain au chocolat, flavor again was just ok but not very délicate and fresh - tasted a day old.

THI IS SOMETHING HOOD RIVER NEEDED!!! You walk in to a bright, welcoming little shop.. Front and center are some of the most beautiful handmade confections and truffles. I had the lavender honey truffle,,, and O.....M......Goodness, it was phenomenal. You could taste each of the quality ingredients, which married together in a flavor explosion that screams talent. My husband had a salted caramel truffle, and he was speechless. Will be going back, very, very, soon.
