This is a must stop while in Hood River!! Such a fabulous business/shop. Delicious chocolates and pastries. Very informative/patient/friendly when asked about their items/how they're made etx. Creative beautiful decadence... worth every calorie. So yummy!!!

Been such a pleasure watching them grow from the farmer’s market to their own brick & mortar! From the owners themselves to the employees, the shop is filled to the brim with courteous people who double as creative culinary geniuses. Love the new seating they’ve installed, as I feel like it makes the space feel even more welcoming! Rating 5 stars doesn’t even feel like enough. They’re truly the best around, and we’re so lucky to have them here in the gorge.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Edeske Patisserie is! Their desserts are a total showstopper—seriously, they're almost too pretty to eat (but trust me, you'll want to!).
