Had the black garlic chitan with chicken breast, and it was outstanding. Best ramen east of Portland. Noodle was super smooth. Broth favorable and spicy! Veggie egg rolls, excellent. A 💎 in the city of hood river.
Truly blown away by the flavors in these noodle dishes! We got the Tom Yum and the Maze noodles and wow they were good! Beautiful views on the deck too! Gluten free noodles were delicious.
I love this place! The service is always great, pretty fast. The ramen is really good, better than most I’ve had in big cities like Seattle. Very clean also. My one complaint is that indoor seating is kind of cramped, the tables are very close together.
