Absolutely the most incredible Mexican food of my life. I'm not even joking. Ever since I tried this place for the first time a year ago, I have not stopped thinking about it since. I will drive hours out of my way just to stop here for lunch. An absolute must try if you're in the area. Great samurai tacos! We tried the carnitas & al pastor. Lots of flavor & toppings.They're super busy during Saturday Market, so give yourself time & be patient. They're a great business & worth the wait.

We used Paco's Taco's for our wedding catering last September and they were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time and brought a ton of food. All the food was delicious and their spread was very nice and put together. On top of that their staff was very friendly. All our guests are still raving about the food. :)
