On 9/15/22, I stopped in Hood River, Oregon to check out Pine Street Bakery. Owner Megan Davis’s mother started Grand Central Bakery in Seattle, Washington in 1972. Today, there are 11 locations between Portland and Seattle. If you ever have an opportunity to visit a Grand Central Bakery/Café, I recommend it.
